Daryl & Caroline

One of the adrenaline inducing things about live painting is that you never know what may happen any given day. As a live painter I'm always navigating various elements and weaving them into the story of the painting. On this 27th day of April in Gulf Breeze, Florida, the element was wind-and a lot of it! But the wind made for a sweepingly romantic painting of Caroline & Dayle sharing a kiss beneath the oak trees that Caroline especially wanted featured. The size of the painting is as epic as the scene at 24x36 and it was paired with the frame you'll see it painted in!

I'm going to give a special shout out to the photographer here. When she found out I was showing up after a red eye from a wedding I had in Caifornia the day before she brought me some of the most delicious homemade coffee I've ever had. You can actually see it on my side table in one of the photos below! Working with wonderful vendors can make all the difference in my day and I never want to take that for granted. Thank you, Rachel!
